Today, We-Care.com celebrates the 90th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment which guaranteed women the right to vote in United States.
When Harry Burns (an undecided representative who also happened to be the final vote that changed everything) supported ratification of the amendment, he said that it was the result of a letter from one woman– his mother. She told him he should support ratification of the amendment and he said that he had to do so because his mother knew best.
Women are such a strong force in society. Today, We-Care.com celebrates that force.
